We would like to take this time to remember our friends and families on the South end of the county and
also Decatur County. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Thank you to all who participated in the Tyler Spann Crayon Drive. We as a school contributed over 200
boxes. These crayons will be distributed throughout the county to students in need of school supplies.
Celebrate Homecoming Week with us next week. Homecoming will be on Thursday, Nov. 7 at 5 p.m.
The following days we will show are Rebel Pride by dressing up each day:
Monday- Disney Day – Dress as your favorite Disney character or wear your favorite Disney shirt.
Tuesday-Decades Day- Dress the part of your favorite decade.
Wednesday-Farm Day – Dress as your favorite farm animal or a farmer.
Thursday- Spirit Day- Show your Rebel Pride! Dress in school colors or favorite Bargerton Shirt.
Friday- PJ Day- It’s been a long week! So let’s wear our PJs to school!
Please remember all days need to follow appropriate dress code for school.
Our Fall Festival is swiftly approaching. Please let your homeroom teacher know if you are willing to
bake a cake, work for 30 minutes, and help with clean up, and donate to baskets. This is all for OUR
children. Remember many hands make light work!
Our annual Thanksgiving meal will be held on Nov.14 th . Please mark your calendars. Our cafeteria ladies
do an outstanding job this day and each and every day for our children.
Nov. 14 th also marks the kickoff day for our annual Scholastic Bookfair. So as you enjoy Thanksgiving
dinner come shop with your child. We look forward to seeing you!
The basketball game to be played on Oct. 28 th has been rescheduled to Nov. 19 th . Please add this to your
